- Recruiting first 40 people by March 3rd

○ The Gwangju Metropolitan Agricultural Technology Center will operate the "Onggijonggi(Huddle around) Jang(Soy sauce, bean paste, red pepper paste etc.) Processing Classroom” in 2017 from March to October for a total of 10 times.

○ This class will include understanding of traditional Jang and fermented foods such as bean paste, soy sauce, and red pepper paste, and the theory and practice of Jang processing technology.

○ Class will be held at the Agricultural Technology Center located in Yonggok-dong, Gwangsan-gu and the cost (training material cost) is \100,000. You can get 4 ㎏ of bean paste, 1 ℓ of soy sauce, 1 ㎏ of red pepper paste, 0.5 ㎏ of Korean pickles.

○ The target of the class is citizens who want to learn Jang processing and 40 people will be recruited on first come first served basis. Those who wish to learn can apply on Open Field Education and Field Trip Application from the website of the City Agricultural Technology Center (http://agri.gwangju.go.kr) from February 22nd to March 3rd.
